Built from scratch in pure PHP (no framework) and MySQL for IESA-CSIC (Spanish National Research Council), ABRIL is a complete survey lifecycle platform: design, participant management, staggered distribution, response collection, data cross-referencing and dataset export for social research.

Full development and ongoing maintenance of the e-commerce and web presence for ReparoNovo, a device repair service and refurbished iPhone store operating in the Subbética area of Córdoba, Spain, since 2022.

E-commerce & custom features:

• Built the WooCommerce store from the ground up, integrating Bizum/Redsys payments, MRW shipping and in-store pickup
• Custom accessory bundle system with Product Add-ons
• Custom product badge system (refurbished, battery health, web-only offer) built with ACF and WPCode
• Automated coupon logic and email notifications for order pickup

Infrastructure & security:

• Migrated hosting from Ionos to Dondominio, configured Cloudflare as CDN
• Diagnosed and resolved a fatal PHP memory error caused by a third-party plugin
• Implemented Cloudflare WAF rules after identifying a brute-force attack (~57,000 requests in 30 days against xmlrpc and wp-login)

Local SEO & structured data:

• Built location-specific landing pages with LocalBusiness JSON-LD schema (hours, geolocation, real aggregate ratings)
• Fixed URL structure, redirects, product categorization and internal linking

Design & frontend:

• Custom CSS on a child theme: full-width header, responsive menu, scroll/hover animations, form styling

Founder and developer of Bahiga, a multi-tenant SaaS platform solving two distinct problems with one shared infrastructure: Spanish SMEs losing customers to unanswered after-hours WhatsApp/Telegram messages, and local governments needing 24/7 tourist and citizen assistance without expanding call-center staff.

For local governments (Plan Destino Inteligente), an 8-layer anti-hallucination architecture intercepts location, opening hours, on-call pharmacy and event queries before they reach the AI model, backed by a multi-source directory importer including Google Places.

Architecture:
Laravel 11, Vue 3, Filament 3.3 (superadmin panel), MySQL, Tailwind CSS 4. True multi-tenancy via company-level data isolation with a per-plan module system and server-side role validation. Self-hosted on a dedicated Hetzner server in Germany — no third-party PaaS.

GDPR compliance, built-in rather than cosmetic:

• Full audit logging of data access
• Support impersonation with automatic email/phone masking
• Superadmin access gated behind a signed DPA
• Per-company AI budget limits with automatic degraded mode
• Scheduled data retention and deletion policy

AI model strategy:
Mistral AI (France) powers all conversational processing for data sovereignty reasons — for citizen data under the government plan, the system blocks any fallback to non-EU providers, returning a controlled error rather than routing data to the US.
For SMB clients, a Mistral → Groq → OpenAI cascade prioritizes European infrastructure first.

Status: Currently in pre-launch commercial phase, with an active pilot for the Priego de Córdoba town council (22,000 residents) — a live Telegram assistant handling real citizen queries, contract pending signature.
