Hey! I’m a senior instructional designer focused on creating practical, user-friendly learning solutions for IT and product teams. I love contract and freelance work and would love to help you create innovative, organized job aids, training material, and elearning courses!

What do I make? If it’s meant to teach someone new skills and software, I make it. I design job aids, e-learning courses, and slide decks that help staff quickly master complex software like Salesforce, Magento, and Skedulo. I create job aids and training pamphlets in IORAD, Canva, Adobe, and more.

I collaborate across departments, applying ADDIE and SAM frameworks to my implementations to drive measurable outcomes—improved ticket resolution rates, faster onboarding, and consistent documentation. I’m passionate about translating SMEs’ expertise into accessible training that aligns with business goals.
