Architecture: standalone Symfony component stack (Console, DI, HTTP Client) with JSON-file-based state (queue, per-client locks, history). Bidirectional HubSpot-BackYou sync with pre-sync snapshot, incremental updates, deduplication, multi-account aggregation. Automatic retries on rate limits, on-the-fly filtering, batch error propagation, status dashboard and Slack notifications.
