I worked on Rummy Circle, a large-scale online RMG game used by millions of players. I led the Unity front-end development efforts, handling everything from core client-server integrations to production-level issue resolution. My contributions directly impacted player retention and business KPIs, especially through client optimizations, and crash reduction strategies implemented under tight timelines. Most notably I have spearheaded an ambitious redesign effort of the whole app to improve the new player acquisitions and also help the Marketing/Business to ease their operations.
