Crimson Sheet (Weaver)

Composer Matthew Weaver commissioned me to sing this beautiful art song, and to record and produce the video in December 2022.

In his words, this song is an exploration of “an optimistic perspective on death through the story of a fragile oak leaf finding one last burst of energy before letting go and soaring to a new place.”
