Dale Rogers

I am Dale Rogers, a Senior Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with 17+ years crafting engaging, interactive training using the ADDIE framework. I specialize in designing web-based and computer-based training, building SCORM-compliant content, and delivering robust assessments with a strong focus on learner experience. My toolkit includes Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and LMS integration to create effective and accessible learning solutions.

I collaborate closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and academic leaders to design, develop, and deploy online curricula. I excel in end-to-end project delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, backed by a Master of Education in eLearning Technology and Design. I’m passionate about helping learners and organizations thrive through high-quality online education and innovative instructional design practices.

I retired from a role as Assistant Professor of Web and Interactive Multimedia in 2023, and am pursuing freelance work and publishing. I am an Invited Expert to the W3 Publishing Maintenance Working Group, the group responsible for the EPUB standard. My knowledge of digital content creation and eLearning is deep.
