I managed monthly e-communications for a number of businesses over 8+ years. I worked with Dotmailer, Concep, Mailchimp and Salesforce software tools.
My experience includes:

• I can optimise open rates through A/B testing and reminders.
• I have experience in building automation journeys up to 3-5 emails per journey.
• I keep newsletters relevant to the audience by applying audience segmentation and using KPIs to measure impact.
• I track interaction with the email content to improve email performance.
• I achieved low unsubscribe and bounce rates with the newsletters I managed.
• I can draft content for newsletters in English, and edit articles.

This role included the following work:

• I received the company’s global social media goals and guidelines which were required to be implemented on a local sale.
• I researched themes and topics on social media matching those goals, and crystalised content direction in alignment with resources.
• I managed the content calendar on a weekly basis.
• I oversaw content production and timings.
• I collaborated with designers to create catchy, engaging post design templates.
• I measured the impact of posts with KPIs, and recommended post types, themes, and topics to create engagement and higher visibility.
• I developed new themes for posts based on online keyword search data.

I drove a 3x increase in inquiries by leveraging Google Ads, heatmaps and by refining landing page performance.

I led the successful rebranding of company website, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope, using custom Airtable and GANTT chart. I worked with Sitecore, Kentico and custom built websites. I built SEO-optimized, converting landing pages for gated content. I increased inbound website traffic by redesigning page performance using Google Search Console, Analytics and heatmaps.

I proposed blog article topics backed up with SEO data, and I supported the business in launching the content online.

I worked with animation makers and video designers to develop content videos on brand. I managed the delivery within the timeframe and budget.

I developed audience surveys with Questback software, and I automated responses and reminders to boost interactions.

I generated automated journeys to drive traffic to whitepaper download page. The automation also included targeted paid advertising.

I increased email subscribers by creating social media posts and blog articles, then I targeted potential audience with paid advertising on linkedIn.

I developed visual dashboards for financial and marketing reports in Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics. I also coordinated contact data updates according to data protection guidelines.
