Work Experience

Freelance Product Designer at Toronto Roofing Contractor (Client)
December 1, 2024 - Present
Designed and shipped a lead-focused website for a Toronto roofing contractor in two weeks, taking a vague client brief through competitive research, content structure, and information architecture to launch. Structured the site around a single clear call-to-action for quote requests, and handled domain setup and launch independently from start to finish. Produced event marketing collateral, including posters and social media graphics to support the client’s local outreach.
Lead Product Designer at Cyberport Hong Kong (with Financial Services and Treasury Bureau)
September 1, 2019 - July 1, 2023
Led end-to-end design of the GBA Fintech Two-way Internship Platform for Cyberport Hong Kong and the Financial Services and Treasury Bureau, from zero to launch in three months. Defined user needs, information architecture, site map, and wireframes across three user portals (student, employer, admin). Built a reusable design system aligned to Cyberport's brand guidelines with shared components across portals. Ran post-launch UAT bridging a non-technical client and overseas development team, translating feedback into prioritized, annotated requirements to keep delivery on track. The platform has facilitated over 5,000 applications from more than 2,000 students across the Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong.
