I left our spotting session feeling empowered and that we had found a common language. For Callback we were working on a bit of a deadline and this did not intimidate Ian at all. If I had a note he was swift to turn around a new version and seemed to genuinely relish notes. For my film we also had to make allusion to other movies such a Narnia and Ian was able to capture the essence of that movie while delivering the emotion of the specific scene effortlessly.
