I’m Francesca, a passionate and versatile artist that loves video games and comic books. I bring over four years of experience as a generalist and senior concept artist and illustrator, with a focus on every aspect: characters, props, environments, comic-books, splash pages and story-boards.

I’m Italian, but I’m a very competent English speaker at C1 level. My schedule is very flexible and I’m used to working remotely,

I belive my work demonstrates my proficiency in composition, perspective, color, lighting, and mood. I am competent in anatomical, mechanical, and architectural rendering. I know how often detailed and unbound artistic ideas can clash with gameplay and technical constraints and I have had to balance and recalibrate without losing the initial spirit, with satisfactory results. The settings for the projects I’ve worked in have spanned multiple genres, including fantasy, sci-fi and modern times.

I am proficient in Blender to build base models, block-ins, and lighting reference sketches; I can apply photobashing techniques seamlessly to enhance realism. I can use Z-Brush to model faces and bodies as well.

I have taught Digital Painting and Concept Art to adult students for BigRock Institute of Magical Technologies - my responsibilities included adapting lessons to diverse learning and painting styles, delivering constructive critiques, and teaching how to use Photoshop and Procreate in a professional setting. Nevertheless, I know I can still learn so much and I’m eager to further develop my craft in a supportive environment and contribute to new projects. I actually love working in a team and I feel driven by this kind of work environment!
