The Old Sixth Ward Redevelopment Authority (OSW) serves Houston’s oldest intact neighborhood and has been driving community improvements since 1997.OSW’s leadership needed to keep their community informed about ongoing efforts, but their existing website created barriers instead of building bridges. Information was hard to find, the site lacked organization, and basic features like community updates and meeting notifications were either missing or difficult to use. Through the RFP process, we met with their team to understand the needs of their Board and community because their old website needed some reorganization. Circadia, a global B2B skincare provider in the health and wellness sector, needed a WordPress expert during the pandemic to address ongoing challenges with their eCommerce website.
