My name is Stephen and I’m a producer producer, host and editor. I’ve been serving in those roles for over 120 episode over 3 years for a podcast devoted to MTV’s The Challenge. I’m responsible for creating weekly notes to start discussions with co hosts as well as finding audio for episodes to bring into weekly segments. I help push the conversation forward or extend to help get better moments. I also edit the audio with notes I keep during recording to help with things to remove or add. As well as edit in prerecorded segment, audio mixing and then final passes to ensure normalization.
