Gifted’s EP ‘Shokunin 2’ received support and playlisting from Audiomack, GRM Daily, IluvLive and renowned DJ, Sarah Harrison (L.I.T.T). In just under a month, Shokunin 2 racked up an impressive 50k+ in total streams across all platforms.
Distributed through Spinnup via Universal Music Group, the project features world-class British talent in the form of Syon, Samson, Kyra & Stikmatik. Gifted’s latest offering takes UK R&B & Hip-Hop to a place it’s never been before. From it’s cinematic ascent on, ‘Reflections’, listeners are lowered into the darkness by the menacing sounds of ‘Loud’. There’s light at the end of the tunnel though, as we hear on the motivational ‘Chosen Few’, eventually, we’re taken over the horizon on the triumphant ‘Stay With Me’ and instantly feel compelled to hear it all again.
Shokunin 2, Produced, Mixed & Mastered by Gifted.
