Ensured scalability and reliability to handle data from 20,000+ trackers, optimized SQL performance, and improved data integrity. Implemented features such as accident and theft detection, battery management for key fobs, and optimized cache management for GraphQL API and React Native app. Built internal tooling for support and monitoring using ForestAdmin, Heroku, Sentry, and New Relic.
