Jackeline Aguilar is a first generation American with her roots being borne from El Salvador. When she was young, animated movies had always fascinated her with its ability to tell stories. The ability to mirror, not only the motion, but the experience and feeling of an atmosphere from a person’s personal perspective through visuals was exceptionally inspiring. As a leap of faith, she started to pursue her love of storytelling and drawing by attending Maryland Institute of College art as an animation major.
