Design, develop and continuously improve secure, scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. Design, build, integrate and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for internal business processes. Create agent topics, conversation flows, triggers, actions and logic using knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse and Microsoft Graph. Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps with Power Apps. Build and optimise Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules and security roles. Use Power Fx for business logic, validation and user interactions. Implement Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where appropriate. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure services and other enterprise systems using APIs and connectors. Use Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and Azure AI Services when required. Apply enterprise governance, security, compliance and Application Lifecycle Management practices. Monitor performance, usage, errors and costs, and support incident, change, release and production operations. Take responsibility for solution resiliency, availability, scalability and maintainability. Document solution architecture, interfaces, data flows and operational processes. Provide technical guidance on architecture, platform capabilities, scalability and make-or-buy decisions. Work collaboratively as a productive member of an international consulting team. Requirements 3–7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform. 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable conversational AI and agent solutions. Proven experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions. Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx. Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, custom connectors and standard connectors. Understanding of Azure AI Services, Generative AI, RAG and modern automation architectures. Experience with enterprise architecture, integration patterns, governance, security, compliance and ALM. Knowledge of Entra ID, role-based access control, Data Loss Prevention, data protection and compliance requirements. Experience using Power Platform solutions, environments, pipelines, Git and Azure DevOps. Ability to identify process patterns, automation opportunities and technical dependencies. Ability to clarify business requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders. User-centred approach focused on business value, usability and adoption. Ability to consider permissions, governance, data protection and compliance from the outset. Willingness to keep up with Microsoft AI and Power Platform developments and evaluate their business value. Ability to take ownership across requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment and production support. Fluency in English is mandatory.
