Job Description

Design, develop and continuously improve secure, scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.

• Design, build, integrate and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for internal business processes.
• Create agent topics, conversation flows, triggers, actions and logic using knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse and Microsoft Graph.
• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps with Power Apps.
• Build and optimise Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
• Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
• Use Power Fx for business logic, validation and user interactions.
• Implement Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where appropriate.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure services and other enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.
• Use Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management and Azure AI Services when required.
• Apply enterprise governance, security, compliance and Application Lifecycle Management practices.
• Monitor performance, usage, errors and costs, and support incident, change, release and production operations.
• Take responsibility for solution resiliency, availability, scalability and maintainability.
• Document solution architecture, interfaces, data flows and operational processes.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, platform capabilities, scalability and make-or-buy decisions.
• Work collaboratively as a productive member of an international consulting team.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable conversational AI and agent solutions.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, custom connectors and standard connectors.
• Understanding of Azure AI Services, Generative AI, RAG and modern automation architectures.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, integration patterns, governance, security, compliance and ALM.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, role-based access control, Data Loss Prevention, data protection and compliance requirements.
• Experience using Power Platform solutions, environments, pipelines, Git and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to identify process patterns, automation opportunities and technical dependencies.
• Ability to clarify business requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• User-centred approach focused on business value, usability and adoption.
• Ability to consider permissions, governance, data protection and compliance from the outset.
• Willingness to keep up with Microsoft AI and Power Platform developments and evaluate their business value.
• Ability to take ownership across requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
