MR MARVIS is seeking a Freelance CRM Data Analyst to join the Customer Strategy team at its Amsterdam headquarters. The role focuses on transforming customer data into practical growth strategies that increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and support expansion across Europe. Analyse customer behaviour, repeat purchases and lifecycle trends to create customer CLV cohorts. Identify the key drivers and barriers affecting CLV, retention and long-term customer value. Develop and manage RFM models and customer segmentation frameworks to support targeted marketing activities. Build and maintain automated dashboards, performance reports and scorecards using modern BI tools such as Omni. Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, leadership and cross-functional teams. Requirements Essential Availability as a freelance consultant with an hourly rate of €90–€115. Significant hands-on experience as a Data, CRM or BI Analyst in e-commerce, D2C retail or consumer brands. A strong quantitative background in Econometrics, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related discipline. Experience using visualisation and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Omni or Power BI to create automated dashboards. Proven expertise in customer cohort analysis, repeat purchase rates and lifecycle retention metrics. Practical experience with predictive modelling, RFM segmentation and advanced CLV analysis. The ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience with customer data platforms, reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch or e-commerce platforms and migrations such as Shopify.
