Authentic Live, the events and experiences division of Authentic Brands Group, is seeking a Graphic Designer for a six-month temporary position. The role provides creative support across live events, experiences, partnerships, hospitality programs, and new business initiatives. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Production, event producers, and external partners to transform concepts and brand direction into polished creative. Work will cover social and digital content, client-facing presentations, event branding, production materials, and on-site creative requirements. Key responsibilities include: Design social media, digital, print, and experiential assets for events, partnerships, announcements, and marketing campaigns. Develop event identities, key art, invitations, signage, wayfinding, menus, credentials, stage graphics, screen content, branded installations, step-and-repeats, and other environmental graphics. Design and format client-facing pitch decks, sponsorship proposals, event concepts, and new business presentations. Translate written concepts and event ideas into visually compelling presentations and creative materials. Create presentation templates and systems that improve consistency and team efficiency. Adapt brand guidelines across multiple formats, platforms, and partner requirements. Resize, version, and prepare creative for different channels and use cases. Prepare production-ready files for fabrication, printing, and event production. Coordinate with event producers and vendors to ensure assets meet technical specifications and delivery requirements. Manage creative file versioning and final-file delivery across multiple events and vendors. Support on-site creative needs and last-minute production updates when required. Maintain organized creative files, templates, logos, brand guidelines, and shared assets. Manage multiple requests while prioritizing event schedules, client deadlines, and business needs. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced live-events environment, balancing creative quality with speed, flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail. Requirements Three to five or more years of graphic design experience, preferably in events, experiential marketing, entertainment, sports, hospitality, agency, or a similar fast-paced environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, digital and social creative, branding, and print or experiential production. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong PowerPoint and/or Google Slides design skills, as presentation design will be a significant part of the role. Knowledge of print production, large-format graphics, file preparation, and vendor specifications. Ability to work within established brand guidelines while developing new creative concepts. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Ability to receive feedback from multiple stakeholders and quickly implement revisions. Highly organized, collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach. Experience working with major consumer brands and/or live events is desirable. Collaborate with social and video teams to develop templates, graphic systems, title cards, lower thirds, end cards, thumbnails, and other visual assets for recurring content series. Translate digital templates into Figma to support efficient editorial workflows. Build and manage content within the content management system while maintaining brand consistency and quality. Create engaging recipe graphics, infographics, and social media assets for platforms including Instagram and Facebook. Design magazine layouts, manage production files throughout the creative process, and ensure projects remain on schedule. Set up Figma files for new quarterly issues and export/package final files for production. Produce occasional editorial illustrations and support cross-functional creative initiatives as needed. Additional Information This is a fully remote position. The hourly rate for this role is $40.00–$50.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation.
