About
I’m Jongsun Park, a highly self-motivated Reporting Analyst and MSc in Data Analytics graduate with a foundational background as a self-taught developer and designer. I began my career building tailored digital solutions for local businesses, focusing on aligning technical builds with specific business models and customer needs. This client-centric approach, combined with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, has consistently driven my efficiency and output.
During my tenure as a Subject Matter Expert at X (formerly Twitter), I collaborated across diverse teams and earned the Best Support Role (Q3 2022) for my operational contributions. Working closely with Workforce Management, I developed specialized Real-Time Analytics skills to optimize daily operations. Today, I leverage this unique blend of full-stack technical knowledge and advanced data analytics to centralize complex data sources into actionable insights, streamline workflows, and empower leadership through data-driven strategy.
