Successfully managed and led the musical operations of the nation’s oldest contemporary collegiate a cappella group, resulting in approximately $300,000 of annual concert revenue. Co-produced, music directed, and arranged for group's annual studio album recording project.

Cowrite original songs reflecting family-friendly values for prospective sync placement and direct-to-client opportunities. Produce, engineer, and perform as the session keyboardist and vocalist for the group’s studio master recordings. Develop group’s social media presence, merchandise, and promotional materials in collaboration with other members.

Devise and enact specialized lesson plans for 18 students reflective of their unique goals, needs, and musical backgrounds. Supplement lesson book exercises with training in music theory, scales, and chord structures for piano students. Communicate frequently, clearly, and in advance with student parents to ensure a seamless weekly lesson schedule.
