I’ve worked professionally as a piano accompanist / collaborative pianist since 2001. Attentively and sensitively supporting other musicians with accompaniment brings something special to performances, and it brings me joy to help provide that experience. I’m also an experienced composer and arranger, with a Master’s degree in Film Music Composition. Creating an effective score to accompany film (or any storytelling medium) is another great passion of mine.

Simon Reid is a Scottish songwriter and producer based in Nashville, TN. Since graduating with Honours in Popular Music from Edinburgh Napier University, he has produced a track for ABC Family’s ’10 Things I Hate About You’, co-written a song for The British Red Cross, met and performed for Barbara Orbison and the Orbison family in London, co-written a song which won 1st place in The Pacific Songwriting Competition, and performed on the BBC Songwriters’ Academy 2008. Live session work includes The Wanted (BBC1, Tonight’s The Night) Jamie Kimmett (Milan) and We See Lights (CMW, Toronto). Simon worked with, and became close friends with Scottish Blues Legend Tam White between 2007 and 2010. Sadly, Mr White passed away in June 2010.
