Hey there! I'm Juliana, an animation and illustration enthusiast. Born and raised in Brazil, I moved to New York in 2015 to pursue a second degree in illustration at Pratt Institute. In the Big Apple, I've had the privilege of working and freelancing with many world-renowned companies such as Disney ABC, Paramount Global, and FoxBet. Now, in 2024, I've just landed in Los Angeles, and I am loving calling this place home! I never realized how much I missed living among the palm trees, reminding me of my dear past in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a motion graphics designer, my main focus is 2D animation combined with my own original illustrations. I love bringing stories to life through captivating visuals and dynamic movements. I always aim to deliver visually stunning content that merges imagination with technical skills. I even enjoy tackling nerdy After Effects expression challenges ;) Currently, I'm diving into 3D animation, learning Blender and Unreal Engine. Besides my artistic and career endeavors, you'll often find me exploring the great outdoors and seeking inspiration in Mother Earth's immense beauty. I also have a deep appreciation for martial arts, which has not only taught me discipline and focus but has also positively influenced my creative process. I'm currently a 3rd-degree blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and I have had the honor of teaching women self-defense at my previous home in Salt Lake City, Utah, helping many women find their voice and strength through jiu-jitsu.
