Team-Building AI Baseball Cards

Civicap Partners
Employee baseball cards for a team-building retreat.

Goal:
Civicap wanted to create baseball cards for each employee as a fun icebreaker at their annual retreat. Their initial concept was to drop employee photos into a basic card frame.

Solution:
I took the idea a bit further. Using Photoshop AI, I built custom uniforms, hats, and accessories for each employee to show off their personality. The backgrounds were generated separately and then composited with all elements in Adobe InDesign, complete with player “stats” on the back.

The finished cards were a hit at the retreat—sparking conversation, laughter, and a sense of team pride.
