    ─── the introduction With more than 6 years in the “lángos” boutique business, they decided to try something new, keeping the old product and adding kebab, shawarma & pizza to the menu. This major transformation needed a new look, brand identity & a re-designed exterior. ─── the problem Taking on this major change was not easy, the old clients had a different demographic than the ones for the new business, so they had to spice things up to attract the right audience. ─── our solution We were first contacted by their interior designer who started sketching up the exterior of the shop to match today’s trendy design (ex. McDonald’s), the owners needed a new logo to showcase the new products at first glance. The challenge was on! ─── the results We created a logo in combination with the exterior of the building and with the top 3 products in mind: kebab, pizza & fries – the 3 stars of the major change. The orange color resembled the excitement and confidence of the new products with a touch of “fast-food-ish” design, and also leaving more space for future products to be added – hence the “… & more” in the logo.WW

    ─── the introduction The first Australian Gold products official dealership in Romania, the challenge was to promote these quality products to the right audience. ─── the problem The first problem that we noticed was the lack of Social Media engagement on all platforms, paid advertising was only made on Google, without a lot of success. It lacked the standard eCommerce “look” – no sales, banners, quality posts etc. ─── our solution After analyzing the data from Google Analytics and the Facebook Page, we decided to create posts that would teach the public what quality sun lotions could offer, and the importance of using the correct one. We started to bring in traffic from Google/ Facebook and build a basic funnel with a dynamic catalog remarketing technique. ─── the results We managed to re-activate the Facebook Page and gain loyal clients in the process. With timed and budget-restricted ads we still managed to increase the revenue by 32% and orders by 24% compared to the last 365 days – the challenge is still on, the goal is to reach an extra 100% by welcoming visitors to a new and re-designed website.WW

    ─── the introduction A young entrepreneur, a daring idea, and a prime placement – these are the ingredients to the first Mexican restaurant in the city of Brasov – Transylvania. ─── the problem As soon as the place was ready with all the necessary equipment they contacted us to start the brand awareness campaign. They didn’t have the time to create and manage their online presence, paid advertising was not an option because of budget restrictions, we had to reach all the right audiences organically. ─── our solution We proposed to start with Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, and Google My Business, we started by photographing the food and the interior so we could use the material to create organic posts to reach the target audience. ─── the results In 1 month we reached 1000 followers on Facebook and started getting traction on all platforms, we used a combination of funny & educational content. The results were amazing, people started coming back and leaving positive reviews about the content we promoted and also the food. They were on an ascending trend with orders and customers, but sadly the pandemic struck in 2020 and they were forced to “close shop” and hopefully open again in 2021.WW

It was established in 1996, during which time it tried to satisfy all the requirements of its collaborators and patients, through the quality and seriousness of their work. ─── the problem Being a B2B only business, it had no online presence to bring in new potential customers. They had only an offline presence, mainly from recommendations. ─── our solution Looking into their area of work, other bigger competitors all had websites to collect potential leads and transform them into long-lasting partnerships. We proposed to create a simple, yet intuitive design for the laboratory, showcasing its strength and services. ─── the results We built a website optimized for mobile-first and SEO, with keywords that matched their domain of activity, to help them generate potential B2B clients.     ─── the introduction Started in the year 2000, Pilvax delights it’s guests with traditional Transylvanian cuisine and a cosy atmosphere. Located in the city of Brasov, a magical place – surrounded by mountains. ─── the problem When they first contacted us, it was the year 2018, in the meantime, they managed to build a phenomenal offline presence with recurring clients. The issue was the online part, the already built website was old, not optimized for mobile, the Social Media accounts were created but left with no content. Something had to be done! ─── our solution We decided to start by freshening up all the Social Media accounts they had – Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Because the food was amazing – confirmed by their impeccable reviews, our proposition was to professionally photograph all the dishes in their “natural habitat”, and use those on social networks as a starting point to draw in new clients and maintain the loyal ones. ─── the results All social media engagement went up, as soon as we started using our professionally made photos and maintained a friendly attitude on the copy, clients started coming in and ordering the dishes they saw the day before. One of our goals was to re-build the whole website from scratch and use it as a landing page to bring in additional clients, sadly the project stopped because of the pandemic in March 2020.     ─── the introduction Cugini’z “Pizza and More” is a small locally owned business, in the city of Brasov. The main objective was to drive more sales with quality ingredients and services. ─── the problem The opening year of the pizza place was in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic and the competition was high, other better-known pizza places were already operating years before. They needed an advantage that would make them break the ice. ─── our solution After analyzing the competition in the city, we noticed a major flaw – none of them were active on Social Media platforms, and even if they were, the content quality was poor. We started looking into the regional audience, age, sex, interests, etc., and managed to pinpoint our ideal audience. After knowing who to target, we started working. Photographed all the menu items professionally and started putting out relevant funny/ engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms. ─── the results On all social media platforms we started registering high engagement rates, likes, and shares which transformed into phone calls, and ultimately into orders. The key was to maintain the quality of organic posts on all platforms, combined with quality studio photographs to delight our audience, Cugini’z is a thriving business to this day, and also our continuous partnership.
