Oversees electronic and multimedia library services, leads library marketing and promotions through strategic social media management and digital campaigns, designs official library graphics and visual materials for events, orientations, announcements, and instructional content. Conducts street and lifestyle photography and videography for library programs and events. Manages digital file and records management, ensuring proper organization, access, and long-term preservation. Implements documentation archiving and preservation practices in accordance with library standards. Serves as orientation spokesperson and resource person for library orientations, workshops, and academic events. Analyzes database usage and user statistics to support reporting and service improvement. Collaborates with librarians and academic units to enhance user engagement and digital service delivery. Also handles basic photo editing, color grading, poster/social media assets, and other design tasks.
