Lara Brink is a music educator and vocalist with a strong background in choral music, vocal performance, and music literacy instruction. She earned her Bachelors of Music Education, Magna Cum Laude, from Northern State University in 2015 and her Masters of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2017. In addition to her teaching career, Lara has performed with several opera and vocal programs, including Chicago Summer Opera, Sinfonietta Bel Canto, and Opera Steamboat. Her professional teaching experience began by teaching private piano and voice lessons throughout the Chicagoland area before serving as Choir Director as well as Music Theory and Music Appreciation instructor at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy. Shortly thereafter, she received an offer from HOPE Christian Schools to build a music program at their high school campus, which is what brought her to Milwaukee, WI in 2021.
