Built the company’s core platform from scratch and launched the MVP to production, owning architecture, implementation, and end-to-end deployment across Next.js, Nest.js, Supabase, and Docker on DigitalOcean and Vercel. Designed a PostgreSQL-based outbound calling system using cron scheduling and queue tables, enabling 2,000+ automated AI calls within two hours while supporting inbound and automated callback workflows. Developed AI voice and CRM agents for outbound campaigns, inbound call handling, and callback workflows. Integrated telephony/voice infrastructure across Twilio, Vonage, and Telnyx APIs including SIP integration for call routing. Engineered and iterated LLM prompts and AI workflows to improve response quality and task completion. Partnered with the CEO on product requirements and delivery via Jira epics/stories; led standups, mentoring, and technical interviews while growing the engineering team to 10 members.

Contributed to developing and maintaining internal web applications using PHP/Laravel, MySQL, and Vue.js. Collaborated with the client to gather detailed requirements and provided ongoing technical support to meet evolving needs.

Investigated production incidents and performed root cause analysis for a global freight-forwarding platform built on microservice architecture, minimizing disruption for Asia-Pacific operations. Analyzed system behavior against functional specifications, created well-documented defect tickets for development with initial analysis and insights. Performed data maintenance via SQL hotfixes and produced SQL reports. Handled incidents end-to-end via monitoring, documentation of findings, and coordination with responsible teams; communicated updates to global users and stakeholders through incident emails and chatrooms.
