Acting as a Product Designer, I created an Intranet System for document analysis, sale and issuance of insurance policies. In this project we improved the conversion rate by 70%, reduced the lead time from 2 days to 5 hours and achieved the majority of OKRs. Furthermore, we are creating a SaaS product for relevant holdings in Brazil using a Design System that was created by me. I was also responsible for implementing the Double Diamond Methodology in the company.

My role as a Web Designer was mainly to create landing pages. My biggest challenge was redesigning the home page. In this case I used some design techniques, such as Moodboard, accessibility contrast guided by WCAG, Figma, website development by Elementor with Webflow and with this redesign we can improve Inbound leads by 15%. Some web pages were also created, using competitor analysis and SEO metrics.
