Elias Mäntylä is a composer and classical guitarist from Finland. Elias' musical background started over 15 years ago at different music schools and conservatories in Finland and it landed him at Berklee College of Music where he is graduated with a double major in Film Scoring and Classical Guitar Performance. As a guitarist, Elias is highly versatile, varying styles from classical/flamenco to jazz and metal. As a composer and producer, Elias' music is heavily concentrated around hybrid / orchestral film music as well as classical guitar compositions that have been highly praised by the community. Elias has worked with young film makers from Emerson College and SCAD and scored 3 short films while he was still studying at Berklee. Currently Elias is working on his own guitar music, with more short film projects on his scope. Elias also spent a year as a remote production intern for Dastardly Sounds in LA.
