Industry Experience

Real Estate & Construction, Professional Services, Education
    paper Casa Villa-Real

This project represents the complete journey of residential creation—where technical precision meets creative vision. By managing every stage of the process, we ensured that no detail of the original concept was lost in translation.

    1. Conceptualization & Design from Scratch
Every great structure starts with a blank page. We began with site-specific analysis and custom architectural design, ensuring the home was tailored perfectly to its environment and the client’s lifestyle.

    2. High-Precision 3D Modeling
Before a single brick was laid, the project lived in a digital space. Through advanced 3D modeling, we explored volumes, light interaction, and material finishes, allowing for a virtual walkthrough of the home to refine the aesthetic.

    3. The Blueprint: Plans, Sections, & Elevations
The technical heart of the project. We developed a comprehensive documentation set, including:

Floor Plans: Detailed spatial layouts for optimized flow.

Sections: Analyzing the vertical relationships and structural integrity.

Elevations: Defining the external character and material palette of the facade.

    4. Integrated Installation Plans
Architecture is a living system. We designed detailed installation plans for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to ensure that the “unseen” parts of the house were perfectly integrated into the structural design, preventing conflicts during construction.

    5. Final Execution
The most rewarding phase—witnessing the transition from the digital twin to the physical reality. Through careful project management and onsite coordination, the final build stands as a precise reflection of the initial 3D models and technical drawings.

    paper Kivioli Apartment

This project involved the comprehensive remodeling and spatial reconfiguration of an existing apartment, transforming a traditional layout into a modern, functional living space. The core of the project was the development of a new layout proposal designed to maximize natural light, improve circulation, and modernize the home’s overall aesthetic.

Using Autodesk Revit, the project moved from the “as-built” phase into a detailed 3D model that allowed for precise testing of new structural openings and interior partitions.
    Key Project Phases

    1. Existing Conditions & Analysis

Detailed modeling of the original apartment footprint to identify structural constraints and load-bearing elements.

Evaluation of existing plumbing and utility stacks to inform the feasibility of the new layout.

    2. New Layout Proposal & BIM Modeling

Design of an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area to create a sense of volume within the original shell.

Revit 3D Modeling: Full digital reconstruction of the proposed space, ensuring all new partitions and custom joinery were perfectly integrated.

Optimization of the floor plan to eliminate “dead space” and improve the flow between private and social zones.

    3. Technical Documentation & Visualization

Detailed Floor Plans: Generation of “Demo vs. New” plans to clearly communicate the scope of the renovation.

Sections & Elevations: Development of technical views to illustrate new ceiling heights, wall finishes, and custom cabinetry.

3D Visualizations: Photorealistic renders produced to help the client visualize the final materiality, lighting, and spatial feel before construction began.

    paper Can Costa

This project involved the end-to-end digital development of a high-profile luxury estate in Ibiza. The workflow was centered on Autodesk Revit, serving as the “single source of truth” for both technical documentation and photorealistic presentation. By maintaining a single live model, I ensured that every floor plan, elevation, and 3D render remained perfectly synchronized throughout the design process.
    Technical Scope & Execution

    1. Integrated 3D BIM Modeling (Revit)

Construction of a highly detailed Revit model encompassing the main villa, guest quarters, and integrated landscape features.

Precise modeling of complex architectural elements: cantilevered terraces, floor-to-ceiling glazing systems, and characteristic Mediterranean stone-work.

Deliverables: Production of a complete technical set, including coordinated floor plans, detailed sections, and exterior elevations derived directly from the 3D model geometry.

    2. Advanced Architectural Visualization

Translation of the BIM data into high-fidelity visualizations to communicate the design intent to the clients.

Materiality & Light: Accurate representation of textures (local stone, polished concrete, timber) and the specific quality of Balearic sunlight.

Atmospheric Staging: Creating immersive views of the outdoor living spaces, including the back patio and pool areas, to demonstrate spatial flow and lifestyle integration.

    paper Chi Kee Wun

While the core of the project was rooted in technical BIM execution, this phase involved the creative conceptualization of the estate’s primary outdoor transition space. The goal was to design a back patio that functioned as a seamless extension of the interior floor plans while respecting the rugged, sun-drenched character of the Ibiza landscape.
    Design Objectives

Indoor-Outdoor Fluidity: Creating a natural transition from the Revit-modeled living areas to the outdoor lounge, ensuring floor levels and material thresholds remained flush.

Zonal Organization: Defining specific areas for al-fresco dining, sunbathing, and evening relaxation without the use of heavy vertical obstructions.

Climatic Consideration: Incorporating structural shading elements and orientation strategies to maximize the "Golden Hour" views while providing relief from the midday Mediterranean sun.

    Technical Implementation

Topographical Integration: Modeling the patio levels to respond to the site’s specific contours, ensuring proper drainage and structural retaining.

Material Palettes: Selecting a mix of local stone, bleached timber, and polished concrete to reflect the "Chi Kee Wun" aesthetic of oriental-meets-modern-Ibiza.

Visual Coordination: Deriving specific Section Details and Plan Enlargements from the Revit model to illustrate the construction methodology of the patio’s custom features.

    paper Casa Colina

The primary objective was the creation of a “digital twin” of the estate, ensuring all architectural elements—from structural walls to custom millwork—were parametrically linked for total accuracy.

    1. Detailed 3D BIM Modeling

Construction of a high-detail Revit model encompassing the main villa and guest structures.

Precise modeling of complex Mediterranean geometries, including arched transitions and integrated stone masonry.

Coordination of multi-level floor systems to account for Ibiza’s sloping terrain.

    2. Comprehensive Drawing Sets

Floor Plans: Intelligent layouts featuring precise dimensioning, room scheduling, and material tagging.

Architectural Sections: Vertical cuts through the building to illustrate ceiling heights, floor assemblies, and structural intersections.

Exterior Elevations: Detailed views of all building faces, capturing the exact placement of glazing units and exterior finishes.
