Played a key role in developing a service that provides information about rented construction tools. Led a team of software engineers in designing and implementing a platform for the European market, using PHP 8, Yii2, Laravel, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Vue.js, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and infrastructure tooling such as Nginx, Docker, RabbitMQ, and Redis. Led delivery by reviewing code, improving Jira processes, standardizing code review, performing separate task testing, and conducting thorough build testing before production releases. Delivered architectural improvements that reduced bugs by about 50% and improved detection of business-logic violations. Created an order formation service where each logical block is implemented as a child service with its own validation and business logic for modular and efficient processing.

Led a team of four engineers to build an API-driven solution enabling users to buy and sell products online. Built and delivered features using PHP 7-8, Yii2, JavaScript/jQuery, Angular, HTML/CSS, PostgreSQL, Nginx, Docker, RabbitMQ, and Redis. Created daily and monthly performance reports to track progress, and introduced a business recommendation system based on report insights. Participated in recruitment by conducting interviews and hiring candidates aligned with the team’s needs and project goals.
