NEXA — Your Travel Companion
NEXA is a concept for an AI-powered travel companion designed to make trip planning feel more personal, intuitive, and effortless.
Instead of navigating multiple travel apps, websites, and disconnected services, NEXA brings the journey together in one guided experience—from discovering destinations and building an itinerary to managing bookings, exploring local experiences, and adapting plans on the go.
The project explores how AI, conversational UX, personalization, and thoughtful information architecture can simplify the complexity of travel while keeping the traveler in control.

The Challenge
Travel planning can become fragmented across flights, hotels, activities, maps, reviews, and schedules. NEXA addresses this friction by creating a more connected and user-centered journey.
The Approach
I designed the experience around a guided, conversational flow that understands the traveler’s intent, preferences, constraints, and context. The interface progressively surfaces relevant information rather than overwhelming users with choices.
The concept focuses on:
- Personalized trip discovery
- AI-assisted itinerary planning
- Context-aware recommendations
- Simple, guided decision-making
- Real-time trip management
- A consistent experience across the planning and travel journey
Outcome
NEXA demonstrates how an AI-first product can transform travel planning from a collection of individual tasks into a single, personalized journey—combining UX strategy, visual storytelling, and emerging AI interaction patterns into a scalable digital product concept.
