My role involved empathy-building workshops and cultural contributions, especially advocating for 2SLGBTQIA+ awareness. While working with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, I modernized governmental processes and improved design workflows, impacting the visa application experience. My skills in Figma and workshop facilitation played a crucial role in these achievements.
