Developed a data management and valuation portal for real estate assets, leveraging AI and OCR to centralize plans, diagnostics (DPE, amiante, etc.), legal documents (copropriété, servitudes) and client assets. Implemented end-to-end features including a location-based module (Point de Vente), dashboards and reporting. Tech stack included Python, Flask, ReactJS, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MapBox, Apple Pay and OCR/AI components. Established data ingestion pipelines, data models for asset hierarchies and a scalable backend/frontend workflow. Enabled data-driven valuation workflows and asset management capabilities for a multi-user team.
