Trive in Five | Workbooks

Thrive in Five is a collection of educational resources developed by Twinkl’s Study Squad to support primary-aged learners through structured English and Maths practice. For the Key Stage 1 edition, I was responsible for the editorial layout of the books, transforming teacher-developed content into accessible and visually engaging learning materials for children aged 5–7.
The work required a strong focus on information hierarchy, consistency and usability, while keeping each page engaging and appropriate for early learners. This project strengthened my experience in editorial design, particularly in translating complex educational content into clear, engaging and adaptable layouts. Working across multiple subjects, formats and colour treatments required a balance between consistency, accessibility and visual interest — creating a cohesive system designed around the needs of young learners.
