My experience in China was formative at 360°: Practicing and teaching martial arts, I embraced a philosophy where discipline, control, and organization are the basis of my person. Working in the tattoo field for more than 10 years between Italy and China, I developed great organizational and management skills, which are skills that distinguish me in the workplace. I was able to deal with very different clients and personalities, developing my communication skills, and increasing my knowledge of a third language. Versatility and communication skills are essential for me to be able to grow on a human and professional level. Working in different environments such as Cinema and media has made me a versatile and flexible person, able to control stress and work under such short deadlines. As a Director and Producer, I learned how to manage and guide a huge number of people in different departments that make me believe in teamwork, which I find essential for relieving pressure and being able to complete the working tasks in times. Beyond that, I’ve got a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work with myself, always with a positive attitude. I am an extremely determined and very precise person and I never give up in front of a problem but I am always fast in finding a solution, rapidly.
