Entry-Level Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer is needed in Birmingham, United States.

You have a solid proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, possess strong typographic acumen, can exercise the principles of design, color and photography, understand the parameters of digital and print design requirements, and are driven at warp-speed towards personal creative growth and development. Pluses include: knowledge of Wordpress, UX/UI, motion graphics and writing skills.

Graphic designer will work directly with Creative Director and provide creative support to the Interactive Director, Social Media department and PR team. Responsibilities include: concept, design and layout of ads, print collateral, digital media and POS/tradeshow displays.

Qualifications and requirements include

• a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent training/experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience preferred or recent grads with on-point portfolios.
• The position is in-office.
• Freelance to full-time considered.
