Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer is needed in Chantilly, United States.

Northern Virginia Magazine, a regional lifestyle glossy, seeks an exceptional graphic designer to produce our front of book and features for the design department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected candidate will demonstrate the ability to work under the direction and coordination of the Design Director:

• Concept and design features (and cover features at times)
• Update the design and art for front of book
• Find creative opportunities for stock images
• Assist in the production of every issue during deadline week

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years experience in a deadline driven environment, magazine experience strongly preferred.
• Enthusiastic interest in magazine design.
• InDesign pro
• Photoshop color correction specialist (a plus)
• Team Spirit
