I am in the process of looking to build a service website. A user will land on the website, fill out a form with one of the required fields being an instagram username.

Users will fill out a form and make a payment which must be a minimum of £x, once the payment is made then I will need an API message to go from a business instagram account to the instagram account mentioned on the form the customer filled out.

If the owner of the instagram account that was messaged replies then I will need to be notified via email - if the owner does not reply within x days then the amount paid by the custom minus a small fee will be returned.

If possible I will need the API to be ab to read key words and recognise pictures/vidos
