Campaign Overview:
We are working on a new project related to real estate in KSA.
Our vision is to be the best Real Estate marketing platform available in KSA by providing the highest quality of services to agents and new home buyers.

Campaign objectives:
Provide the highest quality of images and videos for the available properties available to increase the customer’s value.

Customer Profile and Areas:
Mediums and above.
Saudi and expats.
Moms, ladies, women, men, retail interest, cars interests.

Mediums:
Campaign awareness video – prelaunch:
Reaching the most people with the highest and best quality videos of the properties.
Weekly raffle draw coverage video and photography materials that would be used over social media to promote the weekly raffle draw as recap of the week and the campaign prizes give away awareness in general.
Video to be considered as TVC material that will be pushed over all our channels and platforms.

Adaptation Overview:
To cover 4 videos, 3 videos for the pre-launch awareness and 1 raffle draw.
Agency to submit 1 video adaptations on each Friday after the raffle draw by few hours, with the
Following format:
‐ Post type material: 59 seconds duration
‐ Store format: 15 seconds duration
‐ Photography: 10 to 15 images for each raffle draw.
Awareness Video Storyboard:
Bidder to submit the video frames ideas‐storyboard to review the best scene to promote the campaign, the brand in general and indeed the prize.

Clear Storytelling steps if needed in the videos
Other information will be discussed upon the bidder shortlist, to review the shooting areas, permits, crew overview and equipment required.
Note, bidder to use frame.io to submit the video to receive feedback instantly and avoid time loss.

Other Important Information:
Archive:
‐ Awarded agency to submit the videos every Friday upon the raffle draw closure at max 12 PM.
‐ Agency to submit the videos archive upon campaign closure.
Materials format:
‐ Video to be MP4 high resolution full HD.
Editing:
‐ Agency to shoot and edit the videos while arranging unique music backgrounds and design
Photography:
‐ High resolution formats that could be used for print and digital adaptation.
