Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Part-Time Executive Videographer & Producer to partner directly with our CEO and marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content that clearly communicates our CEO’s vision and key messages for marketing, social media, and internal communications.

This is a flexible, hands-on role for a self-starter who has technical expertise and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage the production process from concept to completion, including sourcing and booking local studios.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Strong background in videography and video production, specifically working with corporate or executive clients.
• Strong Portfolio (Required): Must provide a demo reel or portfolio of work that showcases executive interviews, “talking head” content, or corporate messaging videos you have personally shot and edited.
• Austin Studio Knowledge: Existing knowledge of and, ideally, relationships with various video production studios in the Austin, TX area.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert with professional cameras (mirrorless, cinema, or similar), 3-point lighting setups and audio recording (lavalier and boom mics), and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Exceptional Soft Skills: Professional, punctual, patient, and capable of making senior leaders feel at ease and confident on camera.
• Flexible & Independent: Self-starter who can manage your own schedule, meet deadlines, and adapt to the changing availability of a busy executive.
• Local: Based in the Austin, TX area and available for on-site shoots as needed.
