Location: Remote, USA

This is a full-time, contract engagement that can be done remotely, and is slated to go through June 30, 2023, with the potential for extension up to 18 months. We’ll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role.

In this role, you’ll help convert technical product language into usable, friendly, and modern content that is relatable to broad end user audiences. You will craft thoughtful product documentation and manage related content libraries within GitHub. You’ll use your talents to fine-tune and edit carefully curated and accessible documentation, and provide general maintenance of content around new programs and services.

Required:

• 3+ years of writing, editing, and proofreading experience, ideally in the enterprise level tech space
• Knowledge of Microsoft publishing products like C3 & GitHub for managing content
• Knowledge of CP Style Guide
• In product UI/UX Content Design experience
• Confidence to interact with product SMEs, engineers, designers, and researchers to identify content needs
