At NationBuilder we create software for leaders. We work with political candidates and parties, nonprofit organizations, community organizers, and anyone else trying to make something happen in the world. Our customers come in all shapes and sizes, from small town organizers trying to win their school board election, to the largest political parties, candidates, and NGOs in the world.

You can expect to:

• Administer a complex SaaS environment on AWS.
• Ensure the security, availability, performance, and manageability of the SaaS platform.
• Develop IaC tooling to automate deployment, provisioning, and maintenance of integrated computing environments.
• Develop, maintain, and constantly improve system monitoring, logging, and alerting to prevent service disruptions.
• Investigate, evaluate, and introduce new technologies that improve the quality and efficiency of our service.
• Participate in on-call rotations with colleagues in a cross-functional incident response team to rapidly recover from any service disruptions or degradations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Engineering to provide DevOps support.
