Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for social media ad campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals and messaging that aligns with our brand voice and values
• Create visually appealing designs that capture the attention of our target audience
• Optimize ad designs for different social media platforms and ad formats
• Monitor ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ad engagement and conversion rates
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a social media digital ad designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of social media platforms and ad formats
• Knowledge of best practices for designing social media ads that drive engagement and conversions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
