As a Podcast Producer at Debut Encore, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients in various industries, from startups to established businesses. You will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality audio and video podcasts that showcase the client’s expertise, thought leadership, and brand values.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their podcast goals, target audience, and content preferences. You will then plan and organise the podcast production schedules, ensuring that all episodes are delivered on time and meet the client’s expectations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in audio and video podcast production.
• Expertise in using the Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of audio and video recording equipment and techniques.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, podcast hosts, and other team members.
• A passion for creating high-quality audio and video content.
