Goofy Faces, LC is seeking a responsible and energetic caricature artist / face painter to work at the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium, in Pittsburgh, PA. Experienced caricature artists are preferred. Those with face painting experience are a bonus. We are also looking for an artist that has management experience and can manage the retail stand. We are seeking qualified applicants who can work a flexible schedule on week days and weekends. This is a contract position with a commission-based payment structure. You will earn high commissions, sales goal bonuses plus tips, and be paid on a weekly basis. Artists are also rewarded with performance-based bonuses and receive tips from happy customers. You must be local, drug / alcohol-free, able to pass a background check, and available to work some weekends to be considered for this position.

From May 29 - September 4 the retail stand will be open every day of the week.During the Off-Season (November 1 through March 31), the hours are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
During the In-Season (April 1 through October 31) the hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. The amount of work days may increase or decrease based on weather, performance and preference. Hired artists enjoy flexible hours, an excellent work environment, and additional earning opportunities. Candidates must apply online. Make sure to include samples of your work.
