This role will need to be able to commute to Warren, NJ, on a regular basis.

POSITION SUMMARY

As the Senior Integrated Producer, you will be responsible for the production of content for the studio, which includes (but is not limited to) advertising for all studio brands across all media (video, print and digital), delivering multi-level national and international campaigns, as well as internal communication as needed. This is a specialist role that will support the team leads for our clients and work directly with them in order to create the content needed for each brand.

JOB DUTIES:

• Live Action Shoots - Work as a part of a video and/or still photo shoot crew on content produced by the studio
• Work alone or as part of a team on the prep and editing of videos shot on location or in the studio
• Contribute animations to be used in combination with live action footage to generate a variety of final deliverables for broadcast, digital platforms and/or social media (GIFs, cinemagraphs, postings, etc.)
• Assist producers in organizing and keeping proper archiving protocol for projects
• Work closely with studio’s technical operations team in proper delivery of masters and gathering of project assets
• Technical and creative proficiency with camera, lighting and grip equipment and set etiquette required
• Generate creative ideas (either solely or as part of a team) based on specific project briefs and timelines
• Focus on live action video and still shoots, editing and animation
• Create new assets for the team including shooting video and still photography, editing, sourcing stock photography, creating motion graphics or short videos (typically from existing assets), creating infographics and concepting new ways to connect with our clients
• Interaction with all levels of employees including Creative Directors, Producers and Account Management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Program focused on Video, Post-Production and/or Animation. A combination of work experience and education can be substituted
• 5 years’ experience in a professional collaborative creative environment ideally focused on the production or post-production of videos
• 3 years’ experience with Adobe Creative Cloud - specifically After Effects and Premiere
• Confidence and experience with a variety of video and still cameras, lighting and grip equipment and other technical tools
• Passion for collaboration and positive attitude
