Contract: Freelance

An Associate Producer at productionglue works within the team to provide day-to-day support of projects - developing event paperwork, facilitating onsite logistics, show management and guest experience execution, organizing and taking meeting notes. Further communications between internal teams, venue, and event partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Track project milestones, sign-offs, and deadlines – escalating as needed
  • Support client’s vision & collaborate to strategize & execute brand objectives
  • Work with senior staff to understand and work within a project budget
  • Work with project team to develop ground plans & layouts, creative concepts, show documents, onsite security & logistics, transportation, catering, etc.
  • Develop, distribute and keep current all project paperwork including but not limited to-
  • Agendas & meeting notes
  • Presentation decks
  • Furniture, Talent Sourcing, Décor/Props, etc.
  • Slack workflows for project management (in conjunction with production)
  • Orientation Packet (project specific)
  • System Management (airtable,google, etc.)
  • Ask questions, seek feedback, and action changes
  • Take initiative, act responsively, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Be collaborative, engaged, curious, and solution-oriented
  • Outstanding organizational skills & great attention to detail
  • Keen eye to research and develop event elements
  • Set up project processes and communication for successful events execution
  • Work independently, with good time management to meet all internal and external deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in live events / entertainment / theatre / production (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proficient in Keynote & Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn communications and project management tools, such as Slack, Box, Airtable, Concur and Google Docs
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (nights & weekends) as required

Weekly Contract Salary Range: $1300-$1800
