In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Production to produce a high volume of digital video and audio assets at Remitly. We are looking for both a leader and a doer with proven experience managing and producing a broad range of assets suitable for digital platforms. The ideal person for this role is someone who is a born collaborator with a broad range of skills; you can negotiate with vendors… talk numbers with finance, talk creative strategy with leadership, and problem-solve directly with the Creative Team.
You love a challenge, especially if it is finding ways to deliver scale while maintaining high quality in production. You have a "no problems, only solutions’’ attitude.
You Will:
• Work with our in-house and external creative production partners to produce digital video ads of varying lengths and sizes for multiple countries, languages, target markets, and channels globally
• Lead, plan, and manage internal and external production communication, workflows and budgets to maximize efficiency
• Manage selection with creative, bid and negotiate contracts with external vendors
• Communicate, implement, and monitor quality standards and creative integrity on all project deliverables according to Remitly brand and legal guidelines
• Own tracking of video and audio assets to assist with data metrics and license renewal management
• Deliver final assets on-time and on-budget
• Manage contract submissions and invoicing against budget per quarter, per year
• Have the ability and willingness to work Pacific Time Zone hours You Have:
• 5-8 years working with both in-house creative teams and production houses; international product work experience preferred
• Understanding of production processes and best practices including staffing, equipment, casting, pre- and post- production as well as a deep understanding of its close partnership and service to the Creative Team
• You understand success metrics such as quality, on-time delivery, etc., to ultimately drive increased business performance including driving new customer acquisition and repeat user loyalty
• Experience managing projects localized for multiple markets
• You’re excited to participate in campaign performance analysis and make creative work that has business impact
